MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Maintenance & Support contracts are priced according to the following client specifications:

- Number of on-site visits per month
- Number of tasks to complete during each visit
- Number of Emergency visits per month
- Number of Support Calls per month
- Support Availability (24X7 or 9am to 5pm Mon-Fri)

Prices range from $300 per month and up.

INSTALLATIONS
Hardware and software installations are quoted at $60 per hour.

CONSULTING
Consulting fees are quoted based on the annual gross revenues of the client as well as the number of persons employed.

PROGRAMMING
Programming is quoted at $65 per hour.

TRAINING
Quoted based on material to be covered, number of attendees and location.

IAN 1.0 - Single Site Version
Licensing fee of $200 + $50/hr for customization and development of additional modules. Lifetime bug fixes and updates are free.

IAN 1.0 - ISP Version
$50/hr for customization and development of additional modules + licensing fee of $100 for each client site added. Lifetime bug fixes and updates are free. 4 Site minimum to qualify as ISP.
