This site doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it has no forms that collect information. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Information you send us
When you call or email, we collect the contact details and business information needed to answer you, prepare quotes, and provide and support the services you ask for. We use it for those purposes and to let our clients know about services that may help them.
- We never sell client information.
- We share it only with vendors and partners directly involved in delivering work you’ve asked for.
- Information about your systems and business processes is kept confidential. We may mention the names of businesses we work with, but nothing more without permission.
Remote support
Quick Support sessions use TeamViewer. A session only starts when you run the tool and give your session ID to a TSGS technician, and you can end it at any time.
