Managed support and maintenance
A monthly plan that keeps every computer, server and network device patched, monitored and documented, so small problems get fixed before they stop your day.
- Scheduled Windows, software and firmware updates
- Monitoring of backups, disk health and security alerts
- Regular on-site visits on a schedule that suits your office
- Priority response when something breaks
Help desk and remote support
Call or email and talk to a technician who knows your office. Most problems are fixed in a remote session within minutes. Use Quick Support to connect when your technician asks.
Hardware and software installation
New workstations, servers, printers and line-of-business software, set up to your specifications and documented. We use quality components, and if anything is wrong with an installation we redo it at no charge.
Networking and Wi-Fi
Firewalls, switches, business-grade Wi-Fi (including Ubiquiti UniFi) and secure VPN access for staff who work from home or on the road. Planned, labeled and easy to hand over.
Backup and security
Off-site and cloud backups that are checked and test-restored, endpoint protection, multi-factor sign-in, and the patching that stops most attacks before they start.
Door access control
Keyless entry for your office: badges, phones or PINs instead of keys, schedules for staff and visitors, and a log of who came in. We install it, set up your users and manage changes for you.
Email and Microsoft 365
Business email, Microsoft 365 accounts, shared mailboxes, file sharing and licensing, set up properly and kept tidy as people join and leave.
IT consulting and planning
We look at how your office actually works, take stock of what you already own, and give you a plain-English plan with costs. Upgrading isn’t always the answer; most offices already own most of what they need and just aren’t getting full use of it. When you do need new equipment or a vendor, we can write the specifications and help you compare quotes.
Technical training
Training from a real person rather than a user guide: new software, everyday security habits for staff, and deeper hardware and network training for anyone who looks after your systems.
Subcontracting
Need a reliable technician in the CSRA? TSGS handles installs, site surveys, cabling coordination and support calls for larger IT companies and contractors, and we’re registered in SAM.gov for government work.
What it costs
Hourly work is $150 an hour. Monthly plans are quoted for your office based on the number of computers, visits and the hours of coverage you need. The first consultation is free.
Start with a free consultation
Tell us what’s going on. The first visit and every quote are free, and you’ll have the price in writing before any work starts.
